Welcome to First Help Urgent Care Clinic’s new website. We are YOUR EMERGENCY ROOM ALTERNATIVE. First Help provides a convenient and economical alternative when your doctor’s office is closed or when you are unable to make a timely appointment with your primary care physician. At First Help we value your time, therefore no appointment is necessary and all of our facilities have convenient and extended hours.

For your convenience, we have four locations. First Help Urgent Care Clinics are located in Winter Haven, Lakeland, Avon Park and Polk City. Each facility is staffed and equipped to provide all your urgent care and occupational health needs. Our emphasis is on you-the patient.
